1. Digital Product Refund Policy
All business plans available on Business Plans Kenya are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase. Once a business plan is downloaded, it is considered delivered and used. As such, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any business plan once it has been delivered to you.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We understand that there may be certain circumstances where a refund request may be considered. Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same business plan twice, please contact us within 24 hours with proof of the duplicate purchase, and we will review your case for a refund or provide an alternative business plan of equal value.
- Non-Delivery of Product: If you do not receive your purchased business plan within 24 hours due to technical issues or errors on our part, please reach out to us immediately, and we will ensure you receive the product or issue a refund.
- Incorrect Product: If you receive a different business plan from the one you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details, and we will provide the correct product at no additional cost.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your situation meets the conditions for a refund as outlined above, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to our customer support team at care@businessguide.co.ke with the subject line “Refund Request” and include the following information:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
- Review Process: Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
- Refund Approval: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund, and the amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are not applicable to digital products. However, if you encounter any issues with the file format or accessibility of your purchased business plan, please contact our support team, and we will provide assistance or an alternative format if possible.
